No, as a matter of fact, you’ll have more control over your billing. CMI assigns a dedicated Billing Account Manager and support staff to work with you on a daily basis. Plus, we send you weekly and monthly financial analysis for your review. On top of this you have real-time access to our work in the billing platform.
CMI charges a percentage of net collections received by your practice. Our collection rate depends on the size, specialty, annual revenue, and the specific services we provide. Our rates are very competitive within the industry and remember…at the end of the day “we make money only if you make money”.
Our preference is to let the company which billed the claims exhaust collection efforts before we offer assistance. Once that occurs, as permitted by any previous arrangements/contracts, our team will pursue any open balances providing that adequate information is readily available.
Our team is well-versed in contract negotiations and can offer some very unique ways to increase the net unit value.
