During normal business hours, you and your patients will always reach a live customer service representative within a few rings. We do not believe in routing calls using automated attendants or in long hold times. Our team is ready, willing, and able to personally serve you!
No, as a matter of fact, you’ll have more control over your billing. CMI assigns a dedicated Billing Account Manager and support staff to work with you on a daily basis. Plus, we send you weekly and monthly financial analysis for your review. On top of this you have real-time access to our work in the billing platform.
CMI charges a percentage of net collections received by your practice. Our collection rate depends on the size, specialty, annual revenue, and the specific services we provide. Our rates are very competitive within the industry and remember…at the end of the day “we make money only if you make money”.
Our preference is to let the company which billed the claims exhaust collection efforts before we offer assistance. Once that occurs, as permitted by any previous arrangements/contracts, our team will pursue any open balances providing that adequate information is readily available.
Our team is well-versed in contract negotiations and can offer some very unique ways to increase the net unit value.
Yes! All provider credentials and licenses are digitally stored and maintained.
If you aren’t currently using an EHR, you can transmit information to our office in the following ways:
- Scan and upload PDFs to our portal
- Fax
- Encrypted emailing (provided by CMI)
Our technology includes robust subscription-based antivirus, anti-malware, and firewall hardware to protect all of your data on our network. Additionally, all data is backed up both locally and offsite every single hour.
Our billing platform offers a myriad of different reporting options. Virtual any piece of data which we use in the billing process can be incorporated, sorted, and presented in a custom report. Most clients find our standard array of reports address their routine requirements.
No! We ensure that all enrollment tasks are completed before ‘go live’. This means that the day we start receiving billing data from you is the day the first batch of claims is electronically transmitted!
